The idea that you need to be better than your staff is, i think, not exactly right. Just look at sports for an example of this. You might bring somebody in and have knowledge, very deep knowledge, of what you want them to do ad how you want it done. And you might train them to do it. But still, the idea that you must be better thanyour staff is, not exactly right. It's more of a personal issue that you might be embarrassed about learning in front of people rather than a practical professional one.
