Marcus Bauman: This is an interesting time in terms of sports medicine because we now are seeing more non-surgical as well as minimally invasive surgical options for knee, hip and shoulder injuries. To me, the most exciting development on the horizon is the use of potentially stem cell and bone marrow treatments which may revolutionize orthopedic medicine. Ken Ford: I also like Brian's approach to medicine, which is to treat the patient rather than the X-ray or the MRI.
