I think you're right kind of does start with a lease introducing some ideas and part of that plan that on your daily plan is to come with. If you're going to call it quick wins or call it like little low hanging fruit to show with the benefits of it, but devoting time to having to sell that and that it's going to be a little quicker won't be part of your normal job. I'll push back a little not slightly not necessarily not necessarily 100% on this because yes like I've been in that experience to where you might have been tasked with the adoption side but you're dealing with 18 projects it is impossible. There's no way in the uptime of
