Is There a Singular Universe?

Lonely mallan was talking about the idea of humans creating a universe in a lab. He said we wouldn't be able to interact with that universe, other than how the laws of physics were designed in that universe. This led to an even more speculative idea of maybe we could create a universe and then find a way that we could move into it.
