The Effect of Fruit Juice on Obesity in Children

The concentration of glucose and fructos in freshly squeezed orange is about two thirds of a soft drink. The pethiatric society, a long time ago, realized that juice has so much fruit dose that it was being associated with obesity in children. When you make fruit juice, it's multiple fruits that are put in there. Y eat like a orange, and it has like six grams of fruit dose. That's news to me. I didn't realize an orange would only have six grams of fructos. And i think that we should even limit it more.
