The Roots of Prayer

In Isaiah 60 it talks about as soon as Zion travails, she gives birth. And a nation be born in a day. You know, this kind of wondrous impossibility. But there's something that happens when we connect to the heart of God where we literally begin to be gripped by what grips him. Our groans, his groans become our groans. When we pray, we begin to say back to him what he's saying to us and we know alignment has happened. I believe that's what God is inviting us into.
