I think that the identity crisis for women hasn't yet hit, but I think it's going to be here within about the next five to 10 years. A lot of what's driving us is the desire for status, competition, prestige, hierarchy. That's a typically male trait because that would be associated with getting a better mate. Now, they can pursue it from first principles and think, this is going to fulfill me... But as we said earlier on, all of the desires that we have are rooted in our biology."

Today, we have the pleasure of welcoming my old friend Chris Williamson to our discussion. Chris is not only an entrepreneur but also a well-known YouTuber and host of the high regarded Modern Wisdom podcast. He has established himself as an important contributor to discussions surrounding self-improvement and fitness, owing to his critical thinking and innovative ideas on challenging health and social issues.
