What Are Some Good Vigan Options for a Thanksgiving Dinner?

i don't really know where i can get ethically sourced meat or turkey in Miami. This is going to be my first time, like, really cooking thanksgiving dinner. Is there anything that you suggest for a vigan dinner that some people in the family that aren't vigin will still enjoy? I'm this part cat biggest fan, maybe by sier, truly, the weirdness.
