A firm was trying to think about a system where you put in the name of the client, what you're trading and it either comes up with some flags. Instead of helping the employee to comply or to make the correct decision, they were just confusing them. And so if we create structures where we kind of give people the equivalent of stop, go, and see it, that's OK. Sometimes the speed limit is too much - but there are equally times when there is probably no risk in massively exceeding the speed limit.
