Quotas, like so many words. Doo think we need to putt back into effect? We've thought about it more like gold than quotas. I do think you need tangible, measurable outcomes that you are holding yourself accountable to and talking about your progress or gaps to getting there. So my own persotal view is to stick to things like the right golden n now, now.
