Pilot, officer ishi saburo completes his bombing raid on ahu and sets off back to bas it's 230 miles to his aircraft carrier called the soryu. Saburo radios the ship, asking for a location. The radio operator receives the message in horror. He has his orders. No outgoing messages for 12 days. Radio silence has kept the fleet hidden and protected.
