A wonderer often asks the question like, Hey, I wonder, I wonder what about this. What they really want is somebody to say that the best thing you could, they can hear is, Hey, that's a great question. So when people wonder, they would like to know that other people think what they're wondering is worth considering. And so many of them, I love that word consideration because it's not just consideration. It's that considering their question is valuable to the process of work.
