The Story of Jesus

A story is fantastic to the degree that it actually does something that you can feel. Jesus came to stand up for everybody everywhere, who had the boot of empire on their neck. He's executed as an enemy of the state; then his first followers keep insisting he'd been resurrected. How we act and carry ourselves and treat each other is rooted in these larger convictions about how this whole thing works.
