Coaches and Coaching as a Potential Agent for Change
Coaches and coaching being a potential agent for change yes but they're next up against them. I'm not 100% sure that those within the system can even conceptualize what that might look like now, he says. The danger is these things become rhetorical and you just layer on the cynicism then you know it's like here we go again kind of thing. There needs to be commitment and alignment and arguably money people need to support this stuff.
