How to Make a Good Decision
Do some old fashioned stream of consciousness writing with these prompts. Don't go for long walks on the beach thinking about this because that's looping, your mind will loop. Once it's on the paper, then more comes forward. But thinking goes around. So I encourage people don't think, don't study, just see what comes to mind. And then you go back and you read that writing and something's going to be there that you didn't even know you were going to write. That is so helpful. The first few tips are a really good one.
