A lack of confidence can be a sign that you don't have the confidence to speak English in your job. Would rather do 100 hours of overtime than give a presentation in English. You think you could sound better in inverted commas. If this sounds like you or maybe some of the similar fears that you've had, then I really want to talk today about that because really what that is is a lack of confidence.
