Are We Going to Be at the Margin for Sale for a Long Time?

We've had a decade of people just piling into the us. I think going forward, there's just fewer catalists and fewer marginal buyers left to keep piling into us. And i kind of think that it's already started the selling, and that they're going to be at the margin for sale for a long time. Would you agree? Ye, that's my base case. One of thea other countries that might be the beneficiary of that capital leaving the us is the brazilia.
