The Imposter Syndrome
I think all of us at some point get to the point where we don't need the biggest job in the universe anymore. I wanted a job where I were first of all, I loved the mission,. But at the same time, I wanted to go home at night and see my grandkids and his kids. There's always that element of the imposter syndrome. Am I really am who I think I am? Do people have be figured out? Trust me, nobody has you figured out yet. You're an independent entity. You obviously got here because you're qualified. What makes you think all of a sudden now you're underqualified? And so yes, it's a natural question
