Dominance Is Mission Is Functional

Human dominance has many functional pieces, not just dysfunctional pieces. Individually we have selfish reasons to be dominant over and beyond how socially useful it might be. Parental dominance is one of the more useful forms of dominance we've all agreed to. We actually like being submissive in many ways, although we don't like to admit it. In modern workplaces, you kind of need somebody in charge who gives orders. And they are threatening to take away your money and money is dominance too.
