The day before we did a course recon, yes. And i completely forgot, my mind was so distracted at mile 23, 24, that that last mile was a slight downhill. So here it's interesting because, ah, you're dealing with the cramp. You're trying to figure out how to run with a, with a hampstring that was in really bad shape,. and still run six, 30 miles, for four miles on a hampstrings. That was, that was shot.
