Are You Recruiting Young Scientists?

I was encouraged to see in some of the video in your talk that, that young, I believe either undergraduates or graduate students at least are working in your lab. It's actually very difficult for them to get the next generation to go live out in these extreme environments. How has it been to recruit young scientists into this field? Are they enjoying it? They absolutely love it. So we're training new scientists for the future and we're training advocates for the forest. Once they get in those jobs, they don't want to leave them because they justabsolutely love it. It's really wonderful.
