How to Train Yourself to Evaluate Prompt Responses

There's a new job description, prompt engineer. It is basically where you try and find the right prompt to make these chat GPT type tools give you the output you want. You need someone who can craft a prompt, get an output, but then evaluate the prompt. And so that is going up a level of abstraction, but they still need to have the capacity to evaluate the output.
