The Importance of Having a Screen Reader
Nathan Wrigley: Blind people have a complete port colus in front of them. They're excluded from the gateway to the internet, he says. Most blind people I know come to a page where it's mostly unusable,. If they have a choice, they will go buy the product somewhere else. The amount of cognitive load that we've just added to the experience of even trying to figure out what's on the page is too much for us sighted people.
