Leon Cooper: It's a damn shame that we have to do what we're doing. If you own a business, this has been a bumpy ride from pandemic to inflation. Mr. Powell said the stock market wasn't overvalued. This is a few years ago because if we're interest rates were, and everybody's telling people interest rates didn't belong where they were.
