The Multi-Age Summer Camp Experience
Being outside, there's the big sky and the big trees that absorb a lot of sound for kids who have complex sensory systems. If you make it loud, it can be quiet. People who are sensory seekers can find that mud or roll down that hill and they're learning. All kinds of options for people to learn in the way that suits them outside - especially in the snow. It's been snowing here recently and the snow just absorbs all of that sound. It's quiet. So there's something about that and it gives a beautiful life both to the kids and to the adults.
