Decoupling and Reliability: A Lightbulb Moment
I was very pleased to realize with some work with a large telecoms company in North America that we've been doing since for the last 15 months. We're decoupling software and teams to keep things loosely coupled because that's good architecture, organizational architecture and software architecture. So by do decoupling in a sensible way we can also increase reliability of different parts of the system. And so if we apply team to parties principles with our eyes open with an awareness of things like reliability security and so on then we can actually help improve some of these core TIA disputes as well in the code at that time. I think another another way in which team topologies helps is the kind of flexibility
