The value of meditation starts to show up first as a way to eliminate the noise so that you can start to ask the right questions of yourself. I also think about projects that we work on from a business perspective, right? Imagine if you took five or 10 minutes in between projects to rebalance yourself and get yourself into a different headspace. You'd really be able to bring that focus in rather than starting something after a meeting where you're frazzled.
