Participatory Economic Lens to the Workplace

In the workplace, about 20 % of the workers are doing tasks that have imporerment qualities. They convey information, they convey access to decision making levers. Thits really interesting point to think about, all the people who are given the opportunities to build their capacities in these ways, they're actually denied the opportunity to do so. A participatory economic lens to the workplace would give them increased opportunities to achieve a variety of potentials and ambitions.
