Is There a Difference Between Discovery and Communication?
The first thing i always look at is, can i get rid of the chart legendyos? The chart legend actually makes your chart harder for your audience to understand. If you can move that information into the chart itself and make it part of the field of view, that makes it so much easier for your audienceto understand. But it's a process to do that, and it's something that you do to try and make that chart be better at communicate verses. Just i'm just looking at at data visualizations to understand the data. Yes, completely agreed.
