The day after em my guided trip, i was laying here on the bed. And so what's cool is, you you trip to this um to this playlist that's been created by these scientists. So you listen to this playlist, it guides you through these emotions and feelings o purposely. Some of it's pretty intense. But then as you kind of are coming out of your experience, you are resonating with these, like, massive feelings of gratitude and warmth. The music that i heard, i've never heard music like that in my life. Youre just, like, it's running through you in a way that i've never, never experienced before.
