Vipassana Meditation - The Experienced Self

In Advaita Vedanta, or so-called non-joule traditions from Hinduism. What one aims to do is basically relax even the fundamental habit of engaging in a dualistic observation. Vipassana allows attention to be captured by something in order to gain insight into it. So it sort of permits this processing to take place. And it's really important, because I think these kinds of practices do a lot of work in transforming the system.
