The Importance of Early Relapse
In the private setting, we are leaning towards monoclonal antibodies as a first option after relapse. And that would be just minority of patients can actually access carfilzomide, an anti-CD38 antibodies. So this is a very difficult issue. Patients with myeloma here have a poor survival because they don't have access to these expensive therapies. We're probably going to see worse difference because over here, it's like 1999, right? We still have time does not pass.
