Covid pandemic was catalyst for the grey zone to begin. We're now in this murky space where things are really difficult to navigate. It's not just about one crisis, it's a multiplicity of crises happening simultaneously. So we're seeing change, but we're seeing an incredible escalation of change and expansion of change that creates crises.
