The Differences Between Private and Public Valuations for Tech Driven Platforms
We're really underwriting the tech driven platform. And what we've seen in this ecosystem is when you think a bit more broadly at the private valuations versus the public valuations, we're seeing this huge disparity. It takes a lot more capital upfront to build out these engines and so the assets aren't as far along as some of those less tech driven asset companies that then go public. We have invested in companies in the drug delivery space more along the lines of using AI, machine learning to accelerate, reduce the cost.
