"I don't really think there is a hierarchy of awakening in the way that people would normally mean that," he says. "That sort of de facto accumulation of influence and power and so on that tends to happen in spiritual communities is short circuited." But as human species grows up more and more wakes up, grows up, shows up, cleans up, I think there will be much, much less of that kind of issue happening.
