Making a Change in Your Diet Can Add Years to Your Life

Women who change their diet at 20 years old can add ten years to their life, while men could add 13. Scientists say the largest gains came from bringing more lagoons like beans and lentils and whole grains into your diet. The research shows that making these changes can have an impact on people of all ages. Even for 80 year olds, a diet change could give men and women three and a half more years.
