Using Bioengineering to Stimulate Stem Cells
The lab has been working to find ways to stimulate the stem cells. They used a transgenic mouse model that expresses GFP, green fluorescent protein and luciferase in every cell of the body. That allows you then to monitor stem cell function by bi-aluminescence imaging.
