My PCL and my left knee is completely gone. It means I have like a 10%, 15% laxity instability in my left knee. Tearing an ACL is pretty catastrophic. If you're someone who hasn't really done a bunch of strength training or anything, you just do jiu-jitsu because you love it. You always see it like, hey, warm up. The person's just like doing nothing in the corner. And he's four time world champion, four time ADCC champion.
