The first question is, why do we exist as a company? The second one is, how do we behave? What are the two or three values that define the acceptable behaviors and make somebody good fit in our organization? And the fifth one is, what's most important in the organization right now? What's our rallying cry?Okay. Now that we know that, who will do what? Which of us is going to do what to get that done? Six really simple questions, no doubt. Some people might collapse too. They might be for here that that's fine as long as the general concepts that we're covering here are absolutely clarified and people are on the same page shoulder to shoulder
