The Importance of a Timely Deal
M&A deal took four and a half months to get done. One of the reasons for that, there was number of reasons. They didn't want any of our staff. Some of it was database and you talk about preparation to sell. The most difficult thing I've ever had to do in my business is walk into a room with all my staff - which is a shock as I'd been going 18 years.
