I would hope that that would put a certain amount of pressure onn governments to behave better. I mean, because they know these populations are more mobile. Hopefully it will incintivize the local governmentvopand have often talked through that scenario of people tend to vote with their feet. And so having people on another planet, a, radically changes how we think about a life on earth here. Having competing systems on other planets also chalenges us in new and interesting ways.
