The plaintiffs took almost three weeks to serve the defendants. Then they waited another whole month to file a motion for preliminary injunction demanding that the state conduct the midterm election using paper ballots tabulated by hands. Both the complaint and the motion for an injunction regurgitate all of these like widely discredited claims about voting machines in 2020 being at least vulnerable and probably hacked. But in point of fact, nobody in Arizona casts a ballot electronically. Everyone uses a paper ballot. Even people with disabilities who have machine accommodations get a paper ballot generated for them.
