I Met My Husband and It Changed My Life
"I was around a lot of people that were between my age and maybe 40 years old that were making it big," she says. "And so the juxtaposition of all these people who had materially made it and then going somewhere where people didn't really have anything but they were super happy" She met her husband in Costa Rica, when he worked on restoring an apple orchard. The couple has since moved back to the U.S., built their own home with help from other family members.
