Identifying the Limiting Belief

How do you actually change and believe the new version of who you are? For me, and how I teach my clients is like, it takes time and it takes practice. Once you're able to identify either an event or the limiting belief, you don't even have to remember the whole event. Start to continuously tell yourself, "I am good enough."
