The Power of a Fellowship Program

I think we've just impacted a lot of lives and communities through the program itself. Many people who weren't even selected would email us afterwards and say, because this program existed, I realized I could go back to my hometown and work in local government or do these things. There's power in a fellowship model both in terms of the impact of the program, but also in the way it can change. It can be a vessel, very effective and cost effective, a cost effective vessel to make take, to make narrative change.
