The reason the darts that we throw at dartboards are even called darts is because it comes from a Roman thing called a plumbata. It would go up into the air with a big lead weight and feathers in the back. And then like a londart, it kind of like just drops straight down over shield walls. The last two hours of this interview is my favorite part.
