In the earlier days of drip and we were a much smaller team, we were all in support. And that was definitely invaluable for figuring out like what are customer pains? What are they asking for keeping our finger on the pulse of what our customers need? I would agree that that's that's an important thing to have knowledge of customer pains flowing through all the way into the engineering team.
