BBC Radio 4 podcast is based in a pub, but it's not at all like that. We've often had fun with the quiet pub, but we have alcohol under the table. I think what people react against on mainstream media is the sense that people are kind of playing their official role. podcasts are very much the opposite of that, aren't they? And that's a huge learning for the BBC. It has actually now impacted the tone of other correspondence who go, "I would prefer to be like that"
