How Much Should Care Workers Be Paid?
I think if we need to look at the paying conditions of people who work in care homes, I was in a care home on Friday. We're struggling to attract people into working in care. That's something we need to do as a country. But we're asking you, because you've got the plan, what is the amount of money that you think care workers should be paid? Are we talking less than 15, less than 20, less than 25, or less than 10 pounds? So I don't know where your head is because we're trying to make the economics work on your plan.
