Some of these are geared towards beginners, some of them are more geared towards women but there's a whole breadth of different topics included here. Jason: I would say for the runner who thinks a BQ is wildly, you know, on the horizon, it's not something that they could ever accomplish. But set up a bunch of lower tier goals so that you're always moving in that direction.
